Polling Places:              Regular Voting Precincts

Polls Open:                   7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Need:     To vote on a School Bond Issue totaling $2,235,000 to be issued for the following purposes:

Series I:     To renovate, repair, and remodel existing school sites to include, but not limited to:

• construct a new building at the high school relocating principal, counselor and other office spaces to a common area and connecting the main building and civic center— this provides an indoor corridor between the two buildings;

• add approximately 139 paved parking spaces at high school; and

• resurface the existing track.

Series II:     To renovate, repair, and remodel existing school sites to include, but not limited to:

• improve drainage around elementary buildings and replace broken sidewalks;

• install wall board in elementary PE buildings;

• construct addition to middle school library and remodel offices;

• construct a connecting corridor between the middle school main building and saferoom;

• replace broken concrete, add awnings and improve parking at middle school front entrances;

• remodel old high school office space into two state-of-the-art technology/ computer classrooms;

• install canopies to connect high school buildings and build an outdoor courtyard space for students;

• add approximately 160 paved parking spaces at high school; and

• resurface stadium entrance, build ticket booths, storage and concession area.
